At last, Broadband has now arrived. From the 27th October 2004, residents in Wylam, Horsley and Heddon should be able to benefit from faster internet access.

Those of you who pre-registered with an ISP should contact the ISP and re-activate their orders.
Find out whether you will be able to benefit from Broadband using the Availability Checker. Please let us know (giving your address, postcode and telephone number to broadband@wylam.info) if you don't think you will be able to receive BT ADSL Broadband.
BT are continuously improving the geographical range to which its Broadband service can reach - keep trying the Availability Checker if you've had negative responses in the past - you may be pleasantly surprised.
